The Chant

Khalil Jackson
North Cobb junior Khalil Jackson is a reporter for The Chant. He plays basketball, binge-watches TV, is a brother, and a member of book club. Book club adviser Mrs. Theaker tells about Khalil’s entertainment skills saying, “Khalil has this infectious giggle.” Khalil provides laughter to the book club with his wonderful laugh.   Apart from making everyone laugh, Khalil has recently been reading Soccernomics. This book is about the analytical side of soccer. He also enjoys playing basketball when he isn’t reading. Although Khalil doesn’t play for North Cobb he still plays recreationally in his free time. When Khalil is home, his favorite show to binge-watch is Parks and Recreation. This makes sense with his incredible humor. Kahlil will share his wonderful sense of humor with the world when he becomes an professional journalist.  He will hone his abilities while working for The Chant as an incredible journalist.
