Playing with probability
The seniors in Mr. Hybart’s 2nd and 3rd period math classes presented their probability projects to each other in a Probability Fair. Each group created a carnival game that demonstrates the concept they learned about in class. “We spent the last week doing theoretical probability, we designed the games, figured out the expected value, and when we actually built it, we compared the experimental probability to the theoretical ones.” said Mr. Hybart.
