Reality TV in general typically profits off the humiliation and exploitation of its stars and contestants. TLC, unlike other networks, uses a methodical marketing formula based on the success of their past shows. Fatphobia, poverty and the exploitation of children plague the network’s shows. Instead of developing new ideas and shows, TLC continues to use obese people, poor people and children to thrive as a network.

A fake and non-supportive friend to someone in any community may poorly impact many for a while. If one fakes support for a community, it causes a ripple effect once the supposed support comes out. Faking support leads people to rethink the qualities of a person and potentially lead to mistrust.

Her life serves as a reminder that courage prevails, regardless of other minuscule hindrances.

NC cafeteria staff member of 25 years, Martha Cothran, serves sophomore Ryan Lacey school lunch. “When I look at staff members, its often difficult to read or even see their name tags. I think that students would be able to build better relationships with the staff in our school if they could at least more easily learn their names,” Lacey said. Workers come in before school to serve breakfast, then begin cooking and preparing lunches before A lunch, starting at 11:51, until D lunch ending at 1:57. After all lunch periods end, they clean the kitchen and wash used dishes and equipment.

COVID-19 and low minimum wages nationwide influence people to steal in order to buy items they want or need. Companies attempt to create solutions to stop shoplifting before they cannot replace their products anymore.

Reasons for this desired secession include rising tax rates, high crime and the lack of power they possess over the community.  While a handful of people located in Buckhead favor the controversial idea, a multitude of Atlanta residents heavily opposes it.
