Harrison Glaze
Harrison Glaze, a sophomore at North Cobb High School came to The Chant for the first time this semester.

His passion for writing has shown in his involvement in The Live Poet Society. Mrs. Essenburg, the club sponsor for The Live Poet Society said, “He’s a very serious student. People feel close to him after knowing him only for a few days.”

He intends to join The Live Poet Society this year, and looks forward to sharing his excellent poetry with others in the club. When he isn’t at school, he prefers to stay inside most of the time, and write in one of his two books that he is currently working on. To expand his writing he wants to write several different types of articles for The Chant.

He also enjoys browsing Wikipedia in his free time, making the occasional grammatical correction to pages. He is introverted, and tends to keep to himself, but is a hard working student at North Cobb. His hard work and dedication has payed off, as he is seen as a good student by his past teachers.

He plans to make comic strips to post on The Chant website. These comic strips are the first to be posted on the website, besides the political cartoons made during last school year. Harrison has high intellect, and though he does not know where, he does want to attend a college after high school to further his learning career.

This will boost his knowledge and hopefully land him in a job where he is comfortable and happy doing.
