Students received notes from North Star Admin regarding NC students’ privilege of parking on the church’s campus. The administration discontinued providing their parking lot for students who did not purchase a parking pass. Students keep hopes high for North Star reopening their church lot for students in the upcoming semester.

Yesterday, students went to the parking lot after classes were over, ready to leave a hard days work, and saw a sea of pink. Pink parking tickets were scattered on cars all over the parking lot to those that did not obtain a new parking pass for the spring semester.

Officers walked around the the Warrior lot ticketing improperly parked cars, as well as those without a decal. The first ticket costs $10, and increases by $10 with each additional ticket. Due to their limited quantity, administration encouraged students to buy a pass quickly or risk receiving a fine. Find information on the parking application here.
