Tour through Universal Studios’ Harry Potter Diagon Alley expansion

Perched on top of Gringotts bank, a testament to the ride and seventh book, is a large dragon. Every fifteen minutes or so the dragon starts to growl, and then lets out a breath of fire that heats up the whole alley. Local citizen and five year old Rachel Wilford commented, “The dragon was really scary but awesome.”
At Universal Studios park, the new extension to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, which includes London and Diagon Alley, sits “across the pond.” To reach London, park-goers cross a symbolic bridge. Local citizen and patron Tina Shambaugh enjoyed the view: “I just remember walking into London and saying wow, then being even more amazed as I entered Diagon Alley.”
