After over 17,000 votes on the My Fox Atlanta High 5 Sports homepage, North Cobb beat out multiple schools to become this football season’s first “team of the week.”

Coach Queen and senior quarterback Tyler Queen spoke with Fox 5 reporter Paul Milliken about tomorrow’s rivalry against Cartersville and about the “brotherhood” that the younger Queen describes of his football team’s camaraderie. The quietly private pep rally that invited the football team, band members, and cheerleaders to video Fox 5’s coverage started off with a somersault by a football player and ended with the band playing the fight song. Cheerleaders amped up the energy as Milliken interviewed.
