The county earned a reputation among students and parents alike for improperly judging conditions, spurred on by their choice to keep kids in school for the 2014 Snowpocalypse; the choice to delay did grant them some good graces, in spite of minor disappointment. “I thought it was probably a responsible decision on Cobb County’s part.
