By opening his Atlanta portion of the tour with the upbeat song “Storyline,” Hunter Hayes set the tone for an amazing night. In between each of his performances, Hayes talked to the audience, describing how much he appreciated his fans and how happy he was to have listeners that showed so much support.  The singer’s charisma and kind demeanor entranced the audience and kept a positive energy throughout the entire night.

Fans received wristbands at the beginning of the night and were encouraged to activate them with a special Hunter Hayes app. The posters around the arena assured fans the wristbands would allow them to be an important part of the performance. When Hayes’ first song kicked off, the wristbands illuminated and created a light show in the audience that contributed to the truly special atmosphere.

Halfway through the performance, Hayes told the audience about the meaning of the ‘USO’ on the side of the wristbands. He describes that it was placed there in honor of the uniformed men and women that defend our country. Afterwards, he dedicated one of his songs to these men and women, and during this heartfelt gesture, every wristband glowed red, white, and blue, saluting those who sacrifice their lives for America’s safety. This portion of the concert highlighted the kindheartedness of the country singer and gave a salute to the women and men in uniform.

Two hours earlier, the concert opened with local band The Railers and popular country duo, Dan and Shay. These groups interacted with the crowd and encouraged them to take pictures and sing along to all of the songs prepared in the night’s set. The audience cheered the groups on and sang along to familiar songs that brought up the energy in the arena and set the stage for the night’s featured artist.

Overall, the night was an entirely thrilling experience that wowed the audience and created memories that will last for many years.
