March 4, 2016
NC varsity boys soccer team traveled to First Presbyterian Day School and won the Viking Cup on February 27 and 28, featuring several teams from Georgia. Although the three games NC played offered a challenge, the team fought hard en route to victory.
Friday night, the boys played against Central Fellowship Christian Academy, ending in a 1-0 win for NC. Saturday afternoon, NC defeated Savannah Arts Academy 4-2. Saturday night, NC went head to head in the cup final against the tough Putnam County High School War Eagles, winning 3-1 and rewarding us with the Viking Cup.
