Tribal Connections works on homecoming posters getting the students at NC ready for the homecoming dance. Today in homeroom, students nominated two girls and two boys to see who will show up on the homecoming court. This year boys gained the opportunity to appear on the court along with the girls since in previous years the court only contained female nominees. This year homecoming week falls through October 1-5. The dance, an event students look forward to every year, will occur on October 6. Before the dance, a week of themes occur where students dress up according to the day’s theme and a football game on the friday before the dance. The game this year happens to be a bit more special since NC will play against Kennesaw Mountain, our rival.
