Callie Kinsinger, a senior at NC, joined The Chant because of her love for writing and hopes to excel through journalism as a way to gain knowledge for her future plans of working in public relations. Looking brightly to the future, Kinsinger cannot be more excited to find her place in a college that works best for her. She loves school because she likes to work and learn from other people, happy to be in any situation that surrounds her with friends and family. She enjoys reading,—especially romance—dancing, listening to music, and constantly exploring new activities. With a diligent mind, she spends a chunk of her time working at various jobs and helping out her community through honorary NC clubs. She always looks forward to traveling to new places and meeting new people. Kinsinger currently explores different high-level classes to keep her senior year intriguing and exciting, and cannot wait to live out her final year through writing for The Chant.

Not only do impressive movies require a well-adapted cast, but they also require a perfectly complementing musical soundtrack. As media helps advertise new artists, promoting musical soundtracks before the movie’s release can help films with their success. Whether music takes place in an important scene or plays in the end credits, the collision between the worlds of music and movies proves beneficial to both industries.

Personalities differ depending on location, surroundings and how one wishes to present themself. The people one commonly resides with can also enable an individual to act or speak a certain way. This builds up each person uniquely, as they hold a combination of several other personalities. Quirks, catchphrases and faces made can all change depending on the norms in society or how friends and family affect them.

Sustainable clothing apps such as Depop and Poshmark change the future of wastefulness when it comes to clothing. These apps model a thrifting-style set up in an online form. Users can buy and sell clothing, limiting the production of fast fashion and increasing the repurposing of older clothing. This allows people who no longer enjoy their closet to share it with others who may further appreciate it.

Christmas presents commonly come with high prices that numerous families and friends cannot afford to spend. To prevent spending large amounts of money, people can hand-make gifts and gift heartfelt items rather than unreasonably costly presents. When spent well, money set aside for the holiday season can stretch for all the gifts one needs to buy.

Students feel significant pressure in regard to the questions about their future careers, bringing an uncertain path. This feeling harms their ways of thinking, although it ends up not being as important as people perceive it. As life continues, students come to the realization they do not need to make a permanent decision at a young age, and they can explore their interests after high school and through college.
