An enhanced version of NC’s Malfunction Junction roundabout stands strong in the center of the intersection. Mr. Cogbill, NC’s engineering teacher, and his students developed this idea in the hopes of easing the flow of traffic, however it may be doing the opposite. “I’m not sure how I feel about the roundabout. At first, it seemed like a phenomenal idea, but I don’t think it’s living up to its expectations,” says sophomore Blake Williams.
