Racheal Oni, Reporter
Racheal Oni, a junior at NCHS joined the newspaper to pursue a career in investigative and news journalism. The youngest of two, she’s one of the new members of the Chant. She recently moved from Woodstock High School in Cherokee County and hopes to have a successful year at NC. Racheal enjoys running, reading, writing, and drawing. Her least favorite subject is algebra. She’s an introvert, who occasionally needs time to recharge and think. Close friends and family would describe her as moderately shy.
Racheal also enjoys listening to music, some of her favorite artists being, Summer Walker, Sza, Lil Uzi, A Boogie With Da Hoodie… and many more. After high school, Racheal hopes to get into the University of Georgia to pursue a career in journalism, along with some experience in the business field. She’s extremely grateful to be a part of a wonderful team and is excited to see what this new school year brings.
