Each year, the Professional Association of Georgia Educators (PAGE) honors the highest-scoring student from each high school in Cobb County to celebrate his or her achievements on the SAT. Cherishing their undefeated streak, the Warriors hope to continue the season with victorious matches and undeniable team spirit.

After a win against Dunwoody High School February 27, the NC varsity boys lacrosse team (6-0) took on the Midtown High School Knights Monday, March 3. The Warriors started in the lead and kept their mindset high to receive their eventual win. With their 6-0 winning streak, the Warriors added another victory to their record, advancing closer to state playoffs.

Friday, NC’s Lady Warriors basketball team (11-13) faced off against the Walton Raiders (10-13) in an energized match. As the season picks up speed, the Warriors do too, beating their opponents with an impressive 37-29 final score. Senior night topped off the game, with NC honoring its senior basketball players, managers and cheerleaders with flowers and a marvelous moment of applause.

November 13, Wagner-Kline signed to play lacrosse with Emmanuel University, an opportunity that will sharpen his passion for the sport. With the support of his family and teammates, he hopes to end his final season playing for NC’s varsity boys lacrosse team (7-0) with a bang.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), produces movies yearly; with epic, action-packed superhero and sci-fi films, the franchise holds an important spot in the hearts of all its fans. However, after the release of “Endgame,” a pivotal moment in the line of films, the original canon storyline closed — leading Marvel to produce lackluster films. While original Marvel movies “The Avengers” and “Iron Man" bombed the box office with massive earnings and shining reviews, newer Marvel films use unoriginal and worn-out ideas and tropes.
