Seniors received their senior letters today. The letters reminisce on the ups and down the past 4 years had to offer leading up to their graduation. Classmates wrote the letters for each other as a farewell to their high school lives. Heartfelt and tear jerking, the letters prepare the seniors for their last day of school on May 13th.

With less than a month left for the NC seniors, the school gifted seniors crowns to take home and decorate for next weeks college spirit and crown day. Next Friday, seniors should wear their college attire and their decorated crown to show their dedication for their next chapter. “We’re all excited to decorate our crowns and wear our college attire. Hopefully everyones crowns look different to show the different colleges we’re all going to,” senior Daniel Gomez said.

Although numerous differences presented themselves this senior night compared to others, students still experienced their last days with people who love them and recognized them because of the amazing commitment they put forth. Lillian Southall walked across the fifty-yard line with her two parents at senior night, causing her to reminisce over her years in the band.

NC’s yearbook staff put in their best efforts to display their yearly project of the school yearbook. As students count down the days until graduation, they purchase yearbooks to commemorate the 2018-2019 school year and reminisce over student accomplishments throughout the different grade levels, athletics, and school events.
