Many students gather outside to enjoy the sunny weather after a long rainy week. “It was a long weekend because I had to work, so I am very tired” said Lora LaFore, a student who decided to nap on the bench during lunch.

These teens used lockdown to express themselves through their personal space, such as NC sophomore Mackenzie Leah “If I’m being completely honest, it left me a bit stressed, starting off in a big open room, but I managed. I’m glad to be doing my schooling anywhere but school, really. It’s peaceful, and I really made my space personal and organized rather than cluttered like usual,” Leah said.
