![Taking root during the 17th century, New York City (NYC) rolled out the red carpet for ambitious inhabitants and curious tourists, near and far. The city took rise in popularity during a time of high manufacturing, shipping and fashion. NYC quickly began to promote tourism, especially during the holiday season, when color and high spirits fill the city with excitement. “My favorite time to go to NYC is definitely in the fall, cause it’s not [too] cold yet, and I love seeing all the trees change color, and [watching] the city get ready for the holidays.
