Junior class president and small business owner Ryan Lacey started a club inspiring entrepreneurs in search of new business opportunities. With meetings every Wednesday afternoon in Mr. Dennard’s room (806), Lacey invites all students to attend and bring their ideas with them. The club welcomes students with or without prior knowledge of the business. Seniors Lucky Dang and Haneen Mohommad pitched their creative entrepreneurial ideas to the club’s attendees.

In hopes of growing her client base bigger, sophomore class president Ryan Lacey takes her business extremely seriously and dedicates much of her time to promoting and shipping orders to help spread positivity. Ryan donates 10% of her proceeds to Dress For Success, an Atlanta program that donates clothes and proceeds to women in need. Lacey felt that the program’s mission falls in line with her mission to help others and support women. Lacey hopes her business can touch everyone with her messages and hopes to make a change in clothing “regulations.”

Bezos’s tremendous impact on Amazon will leave a lasting impression on its public image. Known as one of the richest people on Earth, competing with the likes of Microsoft’s Bill Gates and Tesla’s Elon Musk, he certainly earned status as a household name and the person most associated with Amazon’s success and popularity. “People will remember Jeff Bezos as Amazon’s CEO and their perspectives will slowly transition to see the new face of Amazon. The new CEO will be compared to Bezos’s works and actions that defined the company,” said senior Jmen Seso.

After joining NC’s football team, Hester’s decision quickly paid off. He received countless offers from schools with a variety of divisions. He got over 10 D1 offers in total. Hester recalls that he was shocked at the amount of offers he received not only from D1 schools but from schools across different divisions.
