In their first season since 2020, the NC boys’ volleyball program (0-6) has seen significant improvement, according to head coach Stephen Sansing. Despite a winless varsity record, the future for the new-look Warriors appears bright with several standout talents. Georgia High School Association (GHSA) removed NC’s football program along with 51 other programs in a secretive agreement between the board and unknown parties. While players and coaches do not yet hold information regarding the details of the board meeting, NC continues to practice for an upcoming season. While no longer with GHSA, a football future may still lie ahead if the terminated programs can organize a season separate from GHSA.

The park planned to renovate the facilities but instead almost lost out on an entire fall season after a $20,000 check bounced.
